Hello crazy peeps!
Ok, don’t panic! There’s no horrible plague sweeping the bakery and no insane flooding or other disaster. We need to do a teeny bit of remodeling (and less glamorous stuff, like replace the air conditioning unit… with a CRANE. Yes, a crane.) to make things flow a little more smoothly and for us to be able to bake a bit more efficiently… and for us to have air conditioning so old ladies don’t faint in line and the buttercream doesn’t melt.
I KNOW this is tough… but we can get through it together. We WILL still be taking pre-orders but they will need to be picked up at our “Underground” kitchen in Midtown. We are doing everything we can to make this an easy process and hopefully y’all will love the improvements!
Wow! Love the changes so far… I can’t wait to see what each new week brings until you reach completion. Sorry to hear about all the “typical” constuction issues you ran into.
