My Uncle Mac is the best.  He totally rocks his style, is a man of many interests, and is always into family.  Below is from a letter he sent to Dad recently.  It totally made my whole day and I’ve printed it for days when I feel blue.  He rocks!

I finally read the Memphis Flyer article where Katherine was named one of the top 30 under 30.  What an honor.  I know you are proud of her and the success she has had.  There are always copy cats and then there is the “real thing”.  She and her personality and the image she puts out (as well as the cupcakes) is the “real thing”.

I love you, Uncle Mac!  Thanks for the boost!
