As requested, we’re doing another Muddy’s tee, this one mostly for the guys but I bet girls will like it too, and I’d like to do a quick informal poll about colors.
The image is the lumberjack right here, but we need help with colors. Click HERE to see available colors in American Apparel tees.
Could you let me know:
a) which color shirt you prefer and
b) what color ink you’d print the image with?
THANKS!!!
(kick-ass artwork by Anke Weckmann)

I like the Heather for the shirt color, with Kelly green or Olive for the image. Very manly-like.
you know lewis works for a company here in oxford that prints tees… usually very competitive prices if you are looking for someone!
heather, cranberry, and olive
sounds like new names for desserts, to boot!
cranberry, black, and olive
image in maybe a yellow on some shirts, maybe white or black.
I vote for gray shirt (I guess that’s heather). With navy or green writing. I would wear a lumberjack shirt too!
i like cranberry with (light) blue or white writing.
Tad likes olive (brown or yellow writing). I like cranberry (black writing), brown (yellow), and asphalt (green or brown) (in that order). We both love the lumberjack!
Cranberry or Kelly! If you did Kelly, you could do black or navy for the print and if you did cranberry, dark grey would look cool.
I think Red or Kelly would be great colors, and I agree with Bella that yellow would be a fun color for the print.
I just wanted to pipe in and say, as an illustrator and a teacher of illustration, how nice to see a local business using some top-class illustration. And thanks for introducing me to Ms. Weckmann’s work!
Oh, and also, for the cupcakes.
