Hello darlings, it’s VD time again at Muddy’s! To what do I refer? A wicked pestilence? Kind of… everyone has an opinion about Valentine’s Day and I firmly fall into the camp of “made up holiday of forced affection”.
Thus, we will be continuing the Muddy’s tradition of the two-faced Valentine’s Day: half our products will be for you lovey dovey shmoopikins celebrating your luuurv and the other half will be for those of you celebrating being single or like me, happily coupled but just icked out by the shmoopiness on VDay.

Molly- haha, actually it IS a terrible joke, a la SNL.
Since we do the two-faced Valentine’s theme, we refer to the anti-Valentine’s Day as simply VD… our own sick sense of humor shining through.

I too am in the camp of people that, even being happily and obnoxiously hitched, wretches at the concept of Valentine’s Day (or “VD,” as I think I will henceforth call it… XD). Despite this, I jump at any excuse to spoil my boyfriend (and he definitely does the same for me), so I’ve been planning some nice and evil non-trad surprises for him this V-Day. A mini-cake and a few cupcakes will be the perfect final touch (it was either that or roses; cupcakes for the win). I’ll be ordering up first thing tomorrow!
