Thankyou thankyou thankyou to Lisa Kelly for giving me the idea to make a trifle!
We had some runt cupcakes (so sad!) but decided to use them to make a non-alcoholic trifle (so glad!).
I did layers of vanilla cake, vanilla pudding, fresh peaches tossed with brown sugar, more cake and pudding, fresh blueberries, whipped cream, and crushed Nilla wafers.
Yum yum yum! Thomas and I just finished one ourselves, to test it to see if it’s good enough for y’all, obviously, and it’s DELICIOUS! Truly, the perfect light summertime treat.
$6 for a 16 ounce container (same size as the large puddings)
(and for you Friends trivia afficianados, no, there are no peas and onions in our trifles!)

AMAZING! and it’s better for the environment b/c there’s less waste (although I doubt a few “runt” cupcakes would have trouble finding a home belly!)
