As usual, cakes and pies are sold by the slice and cakes are chef’s choice! We also have Nan’s delicious pimiento cheese!

*Please keep in mind that we are a bakery, so while we do start each day with the publicized menu, we may sell out of particular items.
We also may temporarily alter the menu; for example, if we are running low, we will use what we have on hand to fill the case while making more of the publicized items.

And just so you know, here’s how we do our flavor rotations:

Cupcakes:
We feature 12 flavors of cupcake each week and they’re broken down thus: 6 ’steadies’ (prozac, plain jane, pucker up, classic, capote, frankly scarlett) and 6 wild cards (any of the other 30+ flavors!).

Cookies, Bars, Brownies, etc:
We usually have about 7 or 8 kinds in the case: chocolate chip cookies, peanut butter cookies, some kind of oatmeal cookie, toffee bars, plus 3 or 4 more randomly chosen cookies/brownies.

Cake:
We do cakes and by the slice and they are all just chef’s choice!

Pie:
We select (with your help) a seasonal “steady menu” of 4 flavors and also make about 2 or 3 other kinds each week that are chef’s choice.  Pies are available by the slice, although we do occasionally have whole 7″ and 4″ pies available as well.
