I looooove coconut macaroons. Aka I lurve coconut macaroons. Let me rephrase: I love chewy coconut macaroons. Imagine my surprise (/not surprise) when I found out that the very bakery where I work makes AWESOME macaroons. Let me describe them for you: beautifully golden on the outisde, which adds just a bit of crispness, then melt-in-your-mouth chewy loveliness inside. PLUS dipped in chocolate!
