Monthly Treats + our Midtown Drink of the Month
This month, we're excited to unveil a new and improved customer favorite, the triple layer
Cotton Tail Cake! We load this old-fashioned carrot cake batter with grated carrots, toasted pecans, and a blend of subtle spices before baking it as three layers and sandwiching them together with fresh cream cheese icing. Extra toasty pecans are added on top for extra flavor and garnish.
Our
Key Lime Pie is also back this month just in time for spring. It features a creamy, tangy lime custard filling full of fresh lime juice and zest, baked in our graham cracker crust, and topped with fresh whipped cream and an extra sprinkling of zest.
Iced Bunny Cookies will also be in the case this month! We ice each butter cookie bunny by hand with vanilla royal icing and adorn their little ears and tails with sprinkles. They're adorable and delicious.
Plus, the Drink of the Month featured at our Midtown location is the Peaches and Cream Tea Latte. Our baristas make this treat by steeping Rishi Peach Blossom Tea, a white tea infused with juicy peach, tangerine, and aromatic blossoms, in steamed milk and vanilla syrup. If you like London Fog tea lattes, you'll love this one.
Refilling our Community with Positive Change Jar Recipient: Be SMART
Back in 2008, Kat decided to fundraise for community organizations doing amazing work in our city instead of charging customers for drip coffee refills. Ten years later, "the jar" is still a customer favorite, and we're thrilled you all get so involved in the nomination process and give so generously.
This April, we're featuring Be SMART! The bipartisan Be SMART framework is designed to help parents and adults navigate tough conversations and take responsible actions that can prevent child gun deaths and injuries. We are thrilled to be able to support them at our counter this month.

We've created this space to suit everything from children's birthday parties to business meetings, and we hope you're able to take full advantage of it with your friends, family members, and co-workers. Memphis Maker Market on our Midtown lawn just in time for Mother's Day and graduation. This market will feature a curated selection of local makers we admire.
