Often lovingly referred to simply as "Peanut Butter Bars," Vegan Choco-Peanut Butter Bars are a rich crunchy peanut butter fudge with a generous layer of yummy melt-in-your-mouth chocolate on top. While Peanut Butter Bars are a dream come true for avoiders of dairy and wheat alike, you certainly don't have to follow a particular diet to enjoy these treats.
