One of the highlights of this past couple years has been sharing our beloved Broad Ave with our customers! We moved our kitchen here in 2012 and have loved it ever since, but other than kitchen tours, annual Broad Ave Art Walk, and occasional events, our kitchen hasn't been open to the public. All that changed in 2020, and (you know, despite a pandemic) it's been a blast.
One of my favorite things about Broad Ave and the surrounding area is that every single business is locally owned and independent. It's one of the few places in town where you can still walk down a whole street with nary a chain or franchise in sight. Step inside and the owner is likely there... in fact, you may see them outside in the morning picking up trash (we do get a strong breeze!), tending the planters, and setting up displays.
This neighborhood is something special, y'all. When you see it, you believe it.
