So I don't have to tell you that Muddy's Hot Chocolate (available at our Midtown location only) is good in any weather, but you have to admit that this chill in the air takes it from "a super yummy treat to accompany a cookie or a cupcake!" to "Ermagersh! Warm, rich, chocolatey, creamy, dreamy hot chocolate, get in my belly NOW!"
Yep. It's that good. A favorite with the young and young-at-heart alike, Muddy's Hot Chocolate is made with the milk of your choice and plenty of high quality Ghirardelli Chocolate Sauce, and topped with our house-made whipped cream. We challenge you to come up with a Muddy's treat that our Hot Chocolate would NOT go well with, BUT we think it's an especially good accompaniment for this week's very special snowflake of a feature flavor, the Snow Day Cupcake!

Oh my! Well, aren't you just a special little snowflake? Well, yes, each and every one of our brand new Snow Day Cupcakes is more special than you can even image! Our classic favorite flavors, Plain Jane (vanilla cake + vanilla buttercream) and Capote (chocolate cake + vanilla buttercream) have been taken too a whole new level. Each one is prettily iced in blue vanilla buttercream and topped with a handmade (by a Muddy's gnomie right here in our kitchen of course) chocolate or white chocolate (or blue white chocolate!) snowflake all decked out in sparkly edible frost. They're almost too pretty to eat, but too delicious not to!
You may have notice that these beauties are a little more dressed up than most of our other Muddy's goodies. That is because they are the debut item of Muddy's newest department: Muddy's Custom Studio!
That's right, your favorite homestyle bakery just got a little more fancy and customizable for your special day, party, meeting, or just-because! Don't worry, we're still as homestyle as ever, but we've amped up our buttercream game and are now able to offer a GORGEOUS line of custom cakes, cupcakes, and more, including monograms, nekkid and topless cakes (ooh, la, la!), and so much more. Now you can come to your favorite bakery in Memphis for not just the best treats in town, but for all sorts of favorite flavor and color combinations and perfect personalized custom decorations too!
