We make delicious quiches year-round, but the flavors vary by season.  Enjoy our "seasonal CSA" quiches made with loads of local produce and our famous all-butter crust.

10" quiche generously serves 6-8 people

Flavor Reference Guide (not all flavors are always available-- check the dropdown!)

• Red Pepper... sautéed red peppers plus a little garlic, herbs, spices, a pinch of red pepper flakes, and feta.
• Sweet Corn Jalapeño Quiche... freshly shucked and roasted sweet corn, jalapeños and scallions for a savory burst of sweet-heat!
• Sausage Sage... sausage, gouda cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and sage: it's a fan-favorite for a great reason!
• Spinach & Feta... sautéed spinach and onions combined with crumbly feta cheese and a dash of red pepper (formerly known as the "Winter Savory" Quiche!)
