FAQ: "What's New? Everything!" Edition

Are you still open?

YES, but April 1 is our last day for a while-- we are operating out of our East Memphis shop AND have opened our Kitchen in the Broad Ave Arts District as a pop-up shop! Both are open for curbside service 10am until we sell out.
We would love to share the balance of customer traffic between the two for the safety of everyone, so we encourage you to consider our Kitchen as an option!
East Memphis: 5101 Sanderlin Ave.
Kitchen: 2497 Broad Ave. (There’s gnomes and cake painted all over the windows so it’s hard to miss!)

What’s on the menu for today?

Deliciousness!  We are keeping our weekly menu up to date on our website here, and follow our social media for up to date info: Instagram & Facebook.
We are making what we can, in the quantities we can, with the supplies on hand, so while we may be out of a favorite you may also discover something new!

How can I get my goodies?

Both locations are offering walk up and curbside.  At the Kitchen we assist you at the door, at East we allow 2 guests inside the shop at a time.  Both offer curbside (call the number on the sign)


Can I preorder the pot pies/DIY kits?

At this point (our last couple of days for a while) everything is first-come, first-serve.


My party is having to be rescheduled/cancelled, so I don’t need my preorder anymore. Can I postpone/cancel?

We totally understand that plans must change, and we are happy to work with you!
If you want to cancel: give us a call at least 2 day before your pick up date so we can take it off of our production schedule and issue a full refund.
If you want to postpone: with everything being up in the air, things are still likely to change on both our end and your end. We can always move your order to a date in the future and if you need to change again as that date approaches, no worries, we're happy to work with you. 

I keep calling the shop, but am not getting through to anyone. Are the phones working?

Our phones are working, but we are first-come, first-serve only for this last couple of days.  If you are trying to reach us re: arrangements for your pre-order, please email orders@muddysbakeshop.com
