1 cup flour (AP or a mix of AP & whole wheat)
Kosher salt – a fat pinch
1⁄4 - 1⁄2 c buttermilk OR 226 g sourdough discard
1⁄4 cup olive oil plus a little for brushing
Seasonings (sea salt, za’atar, everything bagel, fresh herbs + S&P, ...)
