133 g (2/3 c) brown sugar
120g(1c) AP flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1⁄2 tsp ginger
1⁄4 tsp salt
1⁄4 lb (1 stick) butter, diced

--No kitchen is complete without a bench scraper. I like to use one that doubles as a ruler- super handy for when a recipe calls for pastry 1/2" thick, etc.
