Ingredient List for the Bake-a-long:
269 g (2 ¼ c) AP flour
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp espresso powder
½ c chocolate chips*
113g (1/2 c) butter, softened
148g (3/4 c, packed) dark brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
450 g (1 ½ c) mashed banana, very ripe
2 Tbl maple syrup
