Welcome to Muddy's Fun House: Super Fantastic At Home Bake-a-long and Variety Show... with your host, Kat from Muddy's!
(New to the Fun House? Here's a little FAQ about the show)
For the 2nd episode, we're getting by with a little help from our friends. We'll bake a delicious sourdough scone recipe from my friend Sylvia and read a book together... with a visit from another friend! We hope you have fun, get a little wacky, and enjoy the show.
Quick aside: thanks to some tips from local videographer Noah, I was able to find an affordable light & mic to help make future episodes a little easier on the eyes & ears. Hopefully this will be the last with weird light and echoes! ;)
Without further ado... here is episode 2!

Seriously, it's one of my go-to spots for meal recipes. I especially recommend her "Winter Happiness" salad and "Vegan Chili" (don't be scared-- it's delicious for vegans and non-vegans alike!).

- Re: my Cuisenart... when I said I'd only had to replace the bowl once, this was the new bowl on its maiden voyage! No blame to the machine, I accidentally ordered the wrong model, which is why the lid wasn't locking on... sigh.
