Ingredient List for the Bake-a-long:
For the Cookies:
225 g (1 1⁄2 c) all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1⁄4 tsp salt
1⁄2 tsp ginger
1⁄2 tsp nutmeg
1⁄2 lb (2 sticks) butter
240 g (1 c) light brown sugar
100 g (1/2 c) sugar
2 Tbl molasses
2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
180 g (2 c) quick or rolled oats
For the Filling:
1⁄4 lb (1 stick) butter pinch salt
1⁄2 - 1 tsp vanilla
powdered sugar
