staff pick: cotton tail cupcake!

It's tempting to tout the unusual amount of vitamins in this week's staff pick, but everyone knows we eat it because it tastes good. That's right, folks: this week--November 3-8--we are all about the Cotton Tail Cupcake!

Even this cupcake's namesake (or her more famous brother Peter) wouldn't complain about the quantity or quality of carrots in this cupcake. Those loads of sweet, fresh carrot shreds are complimented by plenty of cinnamon and ginger, and made even more rich and homey with the addition of pecans, toasted in house! Naturally, all that classic carrot cake flavor is topped with our fluffy cream cheese icing and a generous garnish of toasted pecans. 

With a history that dates back to the carrot puddings of medieval times, carrot cake has a certain appeal to the human palate that is not going out of style anytime soon.
