Ingredient List for the Bake-a-long:
1 Muddy’s pie crust, partially blind-baked
5 egg yolks
1 cup fresh lemon juice (approx. 6 lemons)
1 Tbl lemon zest (plus a bit for topping)
¼ tsp ground coriander (optional)
2 14-oz cans sweetened condensed milk
For the topping:
1 cup COLD heavy cream
2 Tbl sugar
½ tsp vanilla

--Get you some fancy pie weights. Or just use dry beans. :)
