Ingredient List for the Bake-a-long:
For the Cake:
1⁄4 lb butter, softened
300 g (1 1⁄2 c) sugar
265 g (2 1⁄4 c) cake flour
1⁄2 tsp baking soda
1⁄2 tsp salt
25 g (2 Tbl) oil
2 eggs
120 g (1⁄4 c) sour cream or yogurt
1 tsp vanilla
1 c buttermilk
250 g (2-3) very ripe banana, mashed 45 g (1/3 c) toasted pecan pieces*
For the Icing:
1⁄2 lb butter, softened pinch of salt
1⁄2 c – 3⁄4 c peanut butter
1⁄2 tsp vanilla
drizzle of honey
5-7 c xxx sugar
