Grand Chicken Salad

Some of you may remember waaaay back when we made this at the bakery in the early years.  It's my grandmother Muddy's original recipe and it's back... with an upgrade!   ... smoked chicken from Central BBQ!

We make our own homemade mayonnaise and chop up loads of fresh herbs (tarragon, parsley, & scallions) for this flavorful Southern staple that would certainly make Muddy proud.

Serving suggestions:

• Spread on a thick slice of toast (we love fresh bread from Hustle & Dough), top with summer tomatoes & a pinch of Maldon sea salt.
• Make a wrap! We suggest adding Romaine lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sprouts to make a tasty wrap.
• Eat right out of the container with a fork or Savory Snackers!
