Reindeer Bundt Cake: Christmas in July Special

Our "reindeer" bundt cake might just be the perfect holiday treat, for a family or for a crowd.  The sharp spice of gingerbread pairs excellently with the sweetness of caramel icing.  It's easy to slice and serve and keeps beautifully for several days... a real lifesaver when you've got a house full of company visiting for the holiday.
