Muddy's take on a Southern classic, courtesy of Kat's mother-in-law, Nancy Cheairs. Freshly chopped herbs and a pinch of red pepper mix with a variety of cheeses to create the perfect addition to crackers, bread or even a baked potato!
- Spread on a thick slice of toast (we love fresh bread from Furloaved or Hustle & Dough), top with summer tomatoes & a pinch of Maldon sea salt.
- Make potato soup. Slow cook 1/2 pint pimiento cheese, diced potatoes, and 2 cups milk in a crock pot.
- Spread a bit on toast points or crackers. Top with a dollop of pepper jelly. Heaven!
- Eat right out of the container with a fork or crackers!
