  --This recipe is for a mild flavor profile chai "latte" cake; if you want a bolder chai "spice" cake, add 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp ginger, 1/2 tsp clove, 1/2 tsp cardamom, and a pinch of nutmeg!
  --I LOVE my cake plate from Melissa Bridgman; I don't think she makes cake plates anymore, but her serving dishes are an essential part of my collection and I highly recommend adding one (or two!) to your serving dish lineup.
